Rob Busse
Physical Therapist

Rob’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is working one-on-one with his patients and getting the opportunity to know each person individually. “I really like the variety of people I get to meet,” Rob says. “Being a caregiver is truly rewarding.”

By treating each person with respect and really listening to his patients, Rob makes everyone he treats feel comfortable and optimistic. “I try to explain the therapy process in a way that means something to them and in terms they can understand.”

Rob graduated from UW-Madison in 1986 with a degree in physical therapy. He received his Master’s Degree in 1993 from the University of Pittsburgh. Rob developed his manual therapy skills during a six-month internship program in Utrecht, Holland. Then, in 1996, he joined OST. He also has experience working in sports medicine and industrial rehab settings and has recently undergone training in exercise, manual therapy, and industrial rehab.

Rob’s other passion is his family. He and his wife Kathy have three children, a daughter and two sons. They enjoy biking, fishing, and “cooking out” in the backyard.
