We’re located inside the Old Fort Square building in downtown Green Bay, right across the street from Beerntsen's Candies and south of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce building. Free parking for patients is available directly in front of the building, or in the parking lot behind the clinic. Please park in the designated "visitor" spots only.
