Orthopedic & Spine Therapy (OST) is proud to announce our new patient incentive program! We trust that our patients have had a good experience with us and want to thank them again for relying on us to be their physical therapy provider. We value your partnership, which is why we want to reward you for increasing awareness of our company.
We would like to offer you an incentive through our newly released “Patient Incentive Program”.
The format is simple. Share the benefits you received from therapy at OST with your family, friends and coworkers.
Encourage them to come see us as a patient.
For every new patient that you refer to us that are seen for an initial exam, we will reward you with an OST t-shirt, sweatshirt, chamber bucks, or other appropriate gift. (Gifts may vary by clinic.)
There are no limits on how many times you can receive a reward. Simply have the patient you refer give us your name at their initial appointment, and we will record how many patients you have referred to us. It’s that easy!
Your word of mouth referral of your family, friends and co-workers is the greatest compliment we receive. Thank you for making OST your physical therapy provider.
