Jill Timm
Physical Therapist
Jill joined Orthopedic & Spine Therapy in 2006. The decision to become a Physical Therapist has been a rewarding one. “At first, I had become a Physical Therapist to make myself a better athletic trainer. Once I began my career as a Physical Therapist and helped patients return to their everyday activities, I knew I had made the right career choice.”
Finding a company that matched Jill’s career goals was a bonus. “I was looking to provide physical therapy in an environment that was quality-of-care and education driven. I have found all of that and more at Orthopedic & Spine Therapy,” she explained.
Jill earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UW-Stevens Point in 1994. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from UW-La Crosse in 1998. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Prior to joining the Orthopedic and Spine Therapy, Jill was a physical therapist and certified athletic trainer at St. Michaels Hospital in Stevens Point.
Jill enjoys working with patients of all ages, especially athletes. She has a special interest in shoulder injuries, as well as the complexity and challenge of the spine. “The best part of being a PT is getting to know the patient on a personal level and improving their quality of life,” Jill stated.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys attending and participating in just about any sporting event, and watching NASCAR events with her family. Originally from Princeton, Wisconsin, Jill and her family currently reside in the Iola area.
