Kendra Cichy
Physical Therapist
Being an athlete with a heart for helping others, it was only natural that Kendra would pursue a career in physical therapy. In 2003, she graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. Kendra received her doctorate of physical therapy from Marquette University in May 2006 and is currently taking courses for her manual therapy specialty through Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Through the course of her education, Kendra became interested with the complexity of treating spine patients and is developing an interest in the field of women’s health, making her choice of working for Orthopedic & Spine Therapy an easy one. By joining OST in June 2006 she is encouraged to continue to learn and commit to educating her patients into self-treatment.
Kendra takes pride in knowing “that her hard work is helping patients return to the activities they participate in whether it be work, sports, or other hobbies.” She believes that listening is key and finds that this helps to keep patients motivated and involved in their treatment.
Kendra likes to play softball, volleyball, go speed skating, biking, kayaking, hunting, and fishing. She and her husband Dan live in Waupaca with their daughters, McKenna and Lily.
