The OST Difference: Appointments within 24 hours, part IV

The Waiting Game

Pain does not wait.  When you decide to see a physician about your condition, you don’t want to wait a week, two weeks or a month.

One of OST’s Values is that we will see our patients within 24 hours of referral or when its convenient to the patient. OST is happy to announce that three more physical therapists will start in June in Appleton, Green Bay and Minong to accomodate our growing practice and patient needs.  OST carefully monitors each clinic’s schedules to make sure that patients can start their course of treatment right away.

You can expect one-on-one care and a customized plan of care that will be sent to your physician (if a referral was necessary because of insurance). At your Initial Evaluation, your physical therapist will test your range of motion, strength, and set goals for you to achieve during your course of treatment. During that initial visit, they will give you an estimate of how many visits you will need to get better.

Every patient is different.  One person’s back pain may stem from poor posture while another person’s back pain may be from arthritis, a hip problem, job duties, or their sleep position.  During your course of treatment, your physical therapist will use a combination of physical therapy techniques to get you better, faster.

So much information is at the tip of our fingertips.  Research your medical professional, their clinic or hospital system, their costs, and their philosophy on care.  Most importantly, ask your family, friends and co-workers of their experience.

There are many reasons why you should choose OST: More affordable charges, highly educated physical therapists, convenient appointment options and one-on-one care. All of these reasons ultimately equate to better outcomes for YOU!

We strive to meet our Mission of “partnering with you to provide superior physical therapy solutions to enhance your quality of life. We hope you have an opportunity to experience the OST difference.
