Sarah Jacobs, PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

Between growing up with a physical therapist for a father and experiencing physical therapy first-hand through her own injuries, Sarah is excited to start her own journey at Orthopedic & Spine Therapy. She successfully completed her bachelor’s degree from UW-Platteville and her doctorate degree from Clarke University.

Sarah is passionate about treating athletes and helping them with their rehabilitation, and looks forward to treating more pelvic health patients.

“Building patient rapport is very important in physical therapy. I take my time to make sure they feel comfortable.”

When the work day is over, you’ll find Sarah enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Lambeau. She spends time paddle-boarding in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and being a Packer fan all year long.
