Kody Voung

PTA

Kody Voung is a Physical Therapist Assistant who brings a unique perspective to patient care, having transitioned from a career as a Correctional Officer into physical therapy. His diverse background has strengthened his ability to connect with people from all walks of life while providing compassionate, individualized care.

Kody believes that every treatment should begin with listening to the patient. His philosophy is that the subjective story drives the objective assessment, allowing him to create treatment plans that emphasize movement, hands-on care, and meaningful functional improvements. He enjoys helping patients regain confidence through personalized care tailored to their goals.

His clinical interests include soft tissue mobilization, deep tissue and trigger point massage, extremity joint mobilization, manual traction, therapeutic exercise, and stretching techniques.

A lifelong resident of Appleton, Wisconsin, Kody enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Sarah, and their three children—Zoey, Hazel, and Elias. Whether he’s fishing, playing sports, or simply making memories with his family, he values an active lifestyle and the importance of balance.

One of Kody’s proudest accomplishments is returning to school to pursue a career he is passionate about while also being a devoted husband and father. He strives to make a positive impact both in the clinic and in his community, living by the belief: “Let’s all find our piece of the world and make it better.”
