Kimberley Kessenich

Physical Therapist, PT, DPT, CMTPT

Kimberley Kessenich is a pelvic health physical therapist who loves helping women and children feel confident and supported in their bodies. After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Concordia University in Saint Paul, she found her passion working with pregnant and postpartum women experiencing concerns such as pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti, and painful intercourse, as well as preparing for delivery and recovering afterward. She also treats pediatric pelvic floor conditions like bowel and bladder challenges to help kids feel comfortable and capable in everyday life.

Kimberley believes in the power of education, connection, and individualized care. She takes time to listen, build trust, and create treatment plans that truly support each person’s goals and lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and Aussie—whether on the lake, exploring nature, or simply relaxing at home. She also loves gardening, reading, and a good puzzle.

Warm, genuine, and patient-centered, Kimberley is passionate about helping families thrive through every stage of pelvic health.
