Stephanie Nelson is a Registered Dietitian, with years of clinical oncology practice in a hospital setting. She received her BS from UW-Green Bay in Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Benedictine University. She became a dietitian to help others find the joy of food again, after years of stressing and dieting. Food can be very helpful in our overall health, but it is also meant to be enjoyed and celebrated-not feared.
