Functional Movement/Training Assessment

  • A comprehensive 60-minute evaluation designed to identify movement limitations, mobility restrictions, strength imbalances, and injury risk. Using a personalized physical therapy approach, you will receive an individualized plan outlining the best path forward for improving movement quality, reducing pain, and optimizing performance to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall quality of life.

2-Person Functional Training Assessment

  • An extended 80-minute assessment designed for partners, friends, or family members who want to improve their health together. Using a personalized physical therapy approach, each participant receives individualized feedback, movement analysis, and recommendations tailored to their goals to improve movement, reduce injury risk, and support long-term health and performance.

Wellness Consultation

  • A 60-minute consultation focused on understanding your health history, lifestyle habits, nutrition, stress management, fitness, and personal goals. Together we develop a strategic plan to support sustainable improvements in nutrition, movement, health, and overall well-being.

Functional Training Sessions

  • Personalized one-on-one training designed to improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall functional performance. Each session begins with an assessment of your current movement patterns, muscle balance, and mobility limitations, allowing your program to be tailored specifically to your needs. Using a personalized physical therapy approach, exercises are selected and progressed to reduce the risk of injury, correct imbalances, and enhance daily and athletic movement. These sessions focus not only on building strength and endurance but also on improving posture, joint stability, and overall movement quality. Clients leave each session with practical strategies and guidance to maintain progress between visits, helping you achieve your fitness, mobility, and long-term wellness goals.

2-Person Functional Training Sessions

  • Train alongside a partner, spouse, or friend while still receiving fully individualized coaching and programming based on each person’s movement patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.   • 20-Minute Upper or Lower Body – A focused, targeted session designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and restore optimal movement in key areas such as the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, or spine. Using a personalized physical therapy approach, each session is tailored to address your specific mobility restrictions, imbalances, and movement limitations. Clients receive guided assisted stretches and techniques that safely enhance range of motion, promote recovery, and support better posture and joint function.   • 40-Minute Full Body – A comprehensive full-body mobility session designed to enhance flexibility, reduce stiffness, and improve overall movement quality. Each session follows a personalized physical therapy approach, assessing and addressing individual limitations to create a customized sequence of assisted stretches and mobility techniques. This full-body approach promotes better posture, joint health, and muscular balance, while supporting recovery, injury prevention, and long-term movement efficiency. 12-Week Wellness Coaching & Dietitian Programs

  • A comprehensive lifestyle program designed to create sustainable improvements in nutrition, energy, stress management, and overall health. This program combines personalized wellness coaching, expert nutrition guidance from a Registered Dietitian, and ongoing support to help you build habits that last.

Includes:

  • 6 Bi-weekly wellness coaching sessions for 60-minutes

  • 3 sessions with Registered Dietitian
  • Weekly check-in with your health navigator (email, call, text)
