Nyssa Schneider

Nyssa Schneider discovered her passion for physical therapy early on, driven by a deep fascination with the human body and, more recently, a focus on pelvic health. A native of Menasha, WI, Nyssa attended the St. Mary Catholic School System before pursuing higher education at Carroll University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2023 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2025.

Nyssa is deeply committed to working within the fields of women’s health, geriatrics, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her approach to therapy is patient-centered, with a focus on understanding the individual as a whole. She values the biopsychosocial model of care, using active listening to tailor treatment plans that not only solve problems but also enhance overall health and well-being.

Outside of her professional work, Nyssa is actively involved in her community. She volunteers with Girl Scouts, Venturing, the Brigade, and her home parish, St. Margaret Mary. A particular passion of hers is working with Girl Scouts, where she leads three incredible troops alongside her mother—who was her troop leader growing up. Nyssa also works as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the Neenah-Menasha YMCA during weekends and evenings.

Currently, Nyssa is planning her wedding with her fiancé, Mason, and they are excited to tie the knot locally in September 2026. Nyssa is known for her bubbly and occasionally spontaneous personality and enjoys interacting with others and thrives in social settings.
